Join us on the green for fun, food, and mental health resources from 2-5pm!

Live Mindfulness & Yoga:

3:20 - Loving-Kindness Meditation to acknowledge and nurture healing connected to the traumatic events in the country and the world these past couple of week and months.

3:30 - Yoga Class - 45min gentle, all-levels practice to help folks relax and "unwind" body, heart, and mind.

Activities Include:

  • Coloring
  • Tie-dye and painting tote bags
  • Painting succulent pots
  • Handing out face masks and wellness related materials
  • Sticky note brainstorming session and snacks
  • Mini scale smashing
